1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
As the CEO of Advance Engineering Services ( AES ),  provides strategic vision and direction to the company. With a background in engineering and extensive experience in the industry,  oversees the overall operations and ensures alignment with our core values and objectives.

2. Chief Operations Officer (COO):
serves as our COO, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all divisions. With a focus on optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement,  plays a key role in driving organizational success.

3. Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
As our CFO, oversees all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, ensures that AES Engineering Kuwait maintains financial stability and maximizes profitability.

4. Divisional Manager (Civil, Fabrication, and Electrical Division):
leads our Civil, Fabrication, and Electrical Division, overseeing project execution, resource allocation, and client relations. With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations,  plays a pivotal role in driving divisional success.

5. Divisional Manager (Waste Water Management System Division):
Heads our Waste Water Management System Division, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of wastewater treatment solutions. With a commitment to environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance,  ensures the division operates at the highest standards.

6. Divisional Manager (Oiled Equipment Sales and Service Division):
leads our Oiled Equipment Sales and Service Division, responsible for sales, rentals, and maintenance of equipment for the oil and gas industry. With in-depth knowledge of industry trends and customer needs,  drives divisional growth and customer satisfaction.

7. Human Resources Manager:
oversees all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. With a focus on fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee development, plays a key role in attracting and retaining top talent.

8. Quality Assurance and Safety Manager:
Responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations across all operations. With a focus on risk management and continuous improvement, helps to mitigate risks and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

9. Business Development Manager:
leads our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. With a strategic approach to market analysis and client engagement,  drives the acquisition of new projects and partnerships.
